Our Worship Team is so excited about our upcoming Spring Women's Conference! We have been working really hard, preparing for an awesome time of praise & worship, as well as, Word! We have been praying and seeking the face of God to show us what music to do that will open and touch the hearts of every woman that attends, and will usher in the very presence of God! We know that in His presence is where we will find our joy, peace, strength and any other need that we may have. We rediscovered an older song (1999) at worship practice tonight! I love the words to this song by Marty Sampson at Hillsong. It invites God to dwell in our lives and have His way everyday and in our church services. So pause our playlist and check it out in the video below!
Happy New Year!! I hope all of you had a wonderful and blessed Holiday Season! I am so excited about this New Year we have just entered! I love this time of year! It's a great time to evaluate our lives and get our priorities in line. It's a fresh start!But, I'm so thankful that we don't have to wait until a new year for a fresh start, God's grace and mercy is new every morning!! Every morning is a new day in Him! When I think back to 2008 I am amazed at how awesome God is.... this has been one of the hardest years that my family and I have faced, yet through it all, our faith is strong....because we find our strength in God alone. He IS our strength,our shield, our portion, our deliverer and He is a good God. I recently discovered another song by Kari Jobe and Gateway worship that truly touches my soul. It's called "You Are Good". I hope it ministers to you like it has to me! (don't forget to pause our playlist on the side so that you can hear the song)

I have adored this song for awhile now, but we sang it for the first time in our service this morning....wow! This song is so anointed! God's presence was very evident. We serve an awesome God! He alone is worthy to be praised and exalted! As we exalt Him in our lives, all the struggles and situations of this world become smaller...like the old hymn says, "turn your eyes upon Jesus, look full in His wonderful face, and the things of earth will grow strangly dim in the light of His glory and grace." I encourage you to spend time daily in His presence... keep your eyes on Him and allow His presence be evident in your life this week! Blessings! ~AMY
